At The Psych Centre, we extend a warm welcome to everyone, irrespective of age, ability, background, or identity. Our commitment spans from providing psychological support for individuals aged four and upwards. Our mission revolves around addressing concerns and enhancing the quality of life by fostering a sense of self, understanding our environment, and nurturing meaningful relationships.

Psychology, as a pivotal resource, assists us in identifying specific goals and plays an important role in managing conditions such as anxiety, depression, and complex life traumas, ultimately improving overall wellbeing. Our services are not limited to specific issues; we effectively manage concerns related to self-esteem, stress, phobias, anger, chronic pain, and addictions, among others. 

No referral is necessary; you can simply call to schedule an appointment. Alternatively, you may visit your GP to obtain a referral letter and /or a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) to access a Medicare rebate for your treatment.

In addition to our core services, we offer assessments for ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our practice also extends support to EAP organisations, NDIS, Motor Vehicle (CTP) Insurance Claims, and Workers Compensation Claims.

While our Primary mode of interaction is face-to-face, we recognise the need for flexibility. Thus, we now offer online video and telephone sessions when in-person attendance is not feasible, understanding that personal circumstances may vary.
